Offshore Companies
MAC's are in the position for the establishment of companies in Honduras, Marshall Islands, Panama and Liberia with the following required documents:
  1. Copies of the valid national passports of the share holders and the board of directors.
  2. Names of the share holders and the desired shares for each.
  3. The desired board of directors (President, Secretary, Treasurer).
  4. The desired “name” for the company
  5. Honduras Application form (duly completed)
  6. Liberia Application form (duly completed)
  7. Marshall Islands Application form (duly completed)
Upon the receipt of the above information, we will proceed with the company establishment procedures.
