1. Procedures: Ivory Coast

Following Documents are required from each candidate to be applied for the acceptance of his application from the Revalidation of his Competency Certificate:

1. Application FormTO BE FILLED IN HAND BY OFFICER, AND SIGNED BY HIM IN PERSON !
2. Copy of valid national passport
3. Copy of valid Seaman Book with the embarkation record
4. Valid Medical certificate
5. Copy of present Competency (for officers only)
6. Copy of present GMDSS certificate (for deck officers only)
7. Copy of basic training certificates as per STCW requirements
8. Twenty ( 20) passport size photos (without any hat on this head !)
9. Remittance of due fees in advance

Remarks:
• Applicable Fees should be remitted in advance
• Time needed: 20 to 25 Days
• The renewed certificate will include the competency, basic training certificates. (For masters & chief officers: the GMDSS, ARPA & Ship Security Officer certificates are included)

2. Procedures: Belize

Following Documents are required from each candidate to be applied for the acceptance of his application from the Revalidation of his Competency Certificate:

1. Application Form
2. Copy of valid national passport
3. Copy of Seaman Book with the embarkation record
4. Valid Medical certificate
5. Copy of present Competency (for officers only)
6. Copy of present GMDSS certificate (for deck officers only)
7. Copy of basic training certificates as per STCW requirements
8. Photo by e-mail in jpg format
9. Remittance of due fees in advance

Remarks:
• Applicable Fees should be remitted in advance
• Time needed: 10 to 15 Days
• The renewed certificate will include the competency, seaman book, basic training certificates. (For masters & chief officers: the GMDSS, ARPA & Ship Security Officer certificates are included)
• For all RANKS, additional training certificates as: SSO, CHEMICAL, GAS, OIL OR/AND GENERAL TANKER ARE INCLUDED , upon request.
